Data behind the publication: 1. Abil, Z., Restrepo Sierra, A. M. &amp; Danelon, C. Clonal Amplification-Enhanced Gene Expression in Synthetic Vesicles. ACS Synth. Biol. 12, 1187–1203 (2023).<br>The hereby provided research was designed and performed as part of the synthetic biology and BaSyc (NL) consortium efforts to build a synthetic cell from the bottom up. The dataset includes '.prism' files with the raw data utilized for constructing the figures from the above stated paper. Besides these files, the provided .zip files also contain raw data that includes both flow cytometry and confocal microscopy data. Each compressed file indicates to which figure(s) it should belong to and which type of data does it contain. Some folders (i.e., some of the ones with FACS data) also include a .MATLAB file with a small script connected to each file for easier visualization of the data. The confocal imaging data (if not in PNG) can be opened and analyzed with FIJI. The dataset also includes two separate MATLAB files labeled with 'SMELDit', two MATLAB scripts utilized for the analysis of confocal images from Fig. 6 of the above mentioned paper. The additional PDF labeled: MEP_thesis_Mats van Tongeren contains a more specific description and instructions on how to operate the program.
