臨時工廠名錄

「工廠管理輔導法」於103年1月22日修正公布，依該法第34條規定，於97年3月14日前既有低污染之未登記工廠，其符合環境保護、消防、水利、水土保持等法律規定者，於104年6月2日前，得向地方主管機關繳交登記回饋金，申請補辦臨時工廠登記，不受第15條第2款、第3款規定之限制。經補辦臨時登記之工廠，應於109年6月2日前，取得土地及建築物合法使用之證明文件；屆期未取得者，補辦之臨時工廠登記證明文件，自屆滿之翌日起失其效力，地方主管機關應依第三十條規定處罰。 為配合政府推動資料開放措施，提供民眾參考使用，本辦公室即日起開放登記狀態為生產中之臨時工廠名錄資料下載（每季更新），資料集內容包含工廠名稱、工廠登記編號、工廠地址、工廠負責人姓名、公司（營利事業）統一編號、工廠登記核准日期、產業類別、主要產品等，歡迎各界多加利用。檔案開啟說明：下載檔案→在檔案上按滑鼠右鍵→選擇開啟檔案→選擇記事本。

The 'Factory Management Guidance Method' was revised and promulgated on January 22, 103. According to Article 34 of this Act, prior to March 14, 1997, any factories that were not registered but had low pollution levels and met the legal requirements for environmental protection, fire prevention, water conservancy, and soil and water conservation could submit a registration refund to the local competent authority before June 2, 104, to apply for the temporary registration of factories without being subject to the restrictions of Paragraph 2 and Paragraph 3 of Article 15. Factories that have completed the temporary registration should obtain legal documents proving the land and building use before June 2, 109. Failure to do so will result in the temporary factory registration certificate losing its validity from the day after the deadline, and the local competent authority should impose penalties in accordance with Article 30. In line with the government's initiative to promote data openness, this office hereby opens the download of the名录 of temporary factories in the registration status of production (updated quarterly), which includes factory name, factory registration number, factory address, name of the factory manager, corporate (business) uniform number, date of factory registration approval, industry category, main products, etc. We welcome the public to make good use of this dataset.
