This entry contains the research data supporting the article "Revealing the Charge Transport Physics in Metallic Coordination Nanosheets by Thermoelectric and Magnetotransport Measurements". The repository version of the article is available at https://doi.org/10.17863/CAM.116602. Included in the dataset are charge transport, spectroscopic characterisation of the materials. This entry comprises a main zip file containing 7 files, each corresponding to a Figure or Supporting Information Data Figure in the article. The main zip file shall be decompressed to obtain access to the 7 underlying files. The data that is contained in each file is summarised below: MainFigure1: GIWAXS (two txts and one svg), SEM images (two tiffs). The data can be accessed in Microsoft Excel and image reader. MainFigure2: Temperature dependent conductivity (xlsx) and magnetoresistance (xlxs) along with an image of the device (jpg). The data can be accessed by Microsoft Excel and an image reader. MainFigure3: Temperature dependent Hall effect (xlsx). The data can be accessed by Microsoft Excel. MainFigure4: Temperature dependent Seebeck coefficient (xlsx). The data can be accessed by Microsoft Excel. MainFigure5: Temperature dependent Nernst coefficient (two xlsx). The data can be accessed by Microsoft Excel. MainFigure6: Calculated mobility and charge density (xlsx). The data can be accessed by Microsoft Excel. Supporting Information: including 9 files. AFM (ibw), Angular MR (xlsx), Seebeck for gold (xlsx), Nernst (xlsx), SEM and EDS (tiff), transport parameters (xlsx), thermoelectric calculation (xlsx), XPS (xlsx), XRD (txt). Files of xlsx and txt can be read by Microsoft Excel. Files of ibw can be processed by Gxyddion. Files of tiff can be access by image reader.
