This repository hosts a comprehensive dataset comprising 132 HeLa cell ribosome profiling samples from 20 distinct studies, serving as a resource for assessing the consistency and reliability of ribosome profiling measurements. The ribosome profiling data have been rigorously processed using RiboFlow, with no duplicate reads—those sharing identical positions and lengths (HELA_ribo_files.tar.gz). The raw data (with duplicate reads) can be found: raw_HeLa_coTE.tar.gz For downstream analysis, the corresponding codes can be found at: https://github.com/CenikLab/consistency_Ribo-seq
