Replication Data for: MODEL OF MONITORING THE QUALITY OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF SCIENTIFIC AND SCIENTIFIC-INNOVATION PROJECTS SUPPORTED BY THE KUBAN SCIENTIFIC FUND

<p>The model for monitoring the quality of the implementation of scientific and scientific-innovative projects supported by the Kuban Science Foundation was developed for the control and self-control by scientific teams of the quality of the implementation of scientific and scientific-innovative projects supported by the Kuban Science Foundation. The development is based on the synthesis of the Management by Objective and Fair Process theories, taking into account the legal framework of the Russian Federation and the Krasnodar Territory. The model allows you to fix the amount of financial participation of the regional budget in the acquisition by developers of property rights to RIA, control the efficiency ratio (KPI) of scientific projects, which is calculated as the ratio of the cost of the minimum to the cost of actual quality indicators, use the category of indicator of the academic impact of research results (IF) and the efficiency ratio academic impact of research results (KPI IF). Mathematical abstraction makes it possible to take into account not only the main quality indicators (determined by competitive provisions and targeted financing agreements of the Kuban Science Foundation), but also any additional achievements: the more there are, the higher the efficiency of using budget funds and the greater the contribution of the scientific team to the scientific and technical development of the Krasnodar Territory.</p>
