Suppressor screen Rickettsia parkeri ompB::tn mutant

R. parkeri ompB::tn were identified in a screen for small-mutant plaques (Lamason et al., 2018). To identify genes linked to ompB and get more information about the effect of the transposon insertion in ompB, we started a suppressor mutations screens in which ompB::tn was serial-passaged and the whole genome of clonal strains were sequenced
