This dataset, entitled *A Mobile Geo-Communication Dataset for Physiology-Aware DASH in Rural Ambulance Transport*, was co-created by the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and Carle Foundation Hospital. Comprising 54,000 records, it covers mobile communication data collected in rural areas of Illinois, USA, spanning the route from Hoopeston to Urbana. Through extensive geospatial and communication tracking, this dataset supports research on physiology-aware DASH technology, and is particularly applicable to remote monitoring of critically ill patients during emergency rural ambulance transport. Its application domains include mobile and wireless communications, multimedia streaming, and telemedicine. It aims to improve the quality of service through adaptive clinical multimedia transmission to address fluctuations in both patient physiological status and bandwidth conditions.
