Metagenomic analysis of Paspalum scrobiculatum

This dataset contains metagenomic 16S rRNA sequencing data from Paspalum scrobiculatum (kodo millet) collected from healthy agricultural fields. Samples were taken from four sample types: bulk soil, rhizospheric soil, root, and panicle. The study investigates the composition, diversity, and functional potential of microbial communities associated with healthy kodo millet plants.
