Transcriptomic analysis of positional information in three annelid species with variable regeneration potential

Aim of the project: The aim of the project is to obtain information about the expression of variable factors along anterior-posterior axis that is maintained in the juvenile bodies of three annelids.Material: Pygospio elegans (40 segments long) and Arenicola marina (3-4 sm long) collected at the Barents sea, near Dalnie Zelentsi biological marine station. Platynereis dumerilii (40 segments long) obtained from laboratory culture cultivated in the laboratory of evolutionary histology (St Petersburg state university)
