Comparitive transcriptome analysis on the growth and lipid accumulation in marine microalgae Chlorella vulgaris under controlled and mutated conditions

The study aimed at exploring the changes in expression levels of genes associated with biomass and lipid accumulation in the marine microalgae Chlorella vulgaris under control and outdoor conditions. Study also foucsses on comparing and contrasting the changes in gene expression levels in the algae when grown in indoor and outdoor conditions.
