The chronic myeloid leukemia cell lines K562, KCL22, and AR230-s were treated with 2uM of the EZH2 inhibitors EPZ-6438 (Tazemetostat, all cell lines) or GSK126 (K562 only) for 72 hours. RNA-seq was conducted to analyze gene expression and splicing changes. The experiment was performed in three biological replicates.
