本发明提供了一种长效润滑的pH响应润滑液及水凝胶和其应用,涉及智能水凝胶技术领域。本发明提供了一种长效润滑的pH响应润滑液,包括以下组分:聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、植酸、MXene纳米片、甘油和水。本发明提供的润滑液具有pH可控响应性,通过调节其pH值可调控植酸与聚乙烯吡咯烷酮之间的氢键相互作用,促使其发生溶胶‑凝胶转变,具体地,将所述润滑液的pH值调节为2~6时呈现为溶胶状态,而pH值调节为7以上时呈现为凝胶状态。本发明提供了一种长效润滑水凝胶,将所述pH响应润滑液的pH值调节至7以上而得到。本发明提供的水凝胶具有优异的减摩抗磨性能和长效润滑能力以及良好的机械性能,且具有良好的生物相容性。

This invention pertains to the technical field of smart hydrogels, and provides a long-acting lubricating pH-responsive lubricant, hydrogel, as well as their applications. The proposed long-acting lubricating pH-responsive lubricant comprises the following components: polyvinylpyrrolidone, phytic acid, MXene nanosheets, glycerol and water. This lubricant exhibits pH-controllable responsiveness: by adjusting its pH value, the hydrogen bonding interaction between phytic acid and polyvinylpyrrolidone can be regulated, triggering its sol-gel transition. Specifically, when the pH of the lubricant is adjusted to 2–6, it exists in a sol state, while when the pH is adjusted to above 7, it transitions into a gel state. This invention further provides a long-acting lubricating hydrogel, which is prepared by adjusting the pH of the aforementioned pH-responsive lubricant to above 7. The as-prepared hydrogel features excellent friction-reducing and anti-wear performance, long-acting lubricating ability, favorable mechanical properties, as well as good biocompatibility.
