The EmergentTTS-Eval dataset is designed to evaluate the performance of Text-to-Speech (TTS) models, particularly on complex prosodic, expressiveness, and linguistic challenges. The dataset consists of 1645 diverse test cases across six challenging scenarios: emotions, paralinguistics, foreign words, syntactic complexity, complex pronunciation (e.g., URLs, formulas), and questions. Each sample includes a category, the text to synthesize, the evolution depth, the language, and the corresponding baseline audio.
