Dataset on phenotypic effects of cadmium (7-d exposure) of Daphnia magna at the individual and sub-individual levels, and total DNA methylation

This dataset contains data on lethal (immobility) and several sub-lethal (oxidative stress biomarkers, genotoxicity, heart beat, body length, total DNA methylation and total DNA methyltransferases activity) of Daphnia magna following a seven-day realistic exposure to cadmium. This dataset was produced as part of a larger study that envisages the deep characterization of the molecular and phenotypic effects of cadmium in this model freshwater crustacean zooplankter, towards feeding the building of related adverse outcome pathways considering DNA methylation.
