Files contained in this repository: UKBB_EUR_fine_mapping_with_meta_EUR_lead_variants.parquet - main table with all fine mapped credible sets. UKBB_EUR_fine_mapping_missense_snps.tsv.gz - missense variants among the credible set variants (indentified by Ensembl VEP). UKBB_EUR_fine_mapping_splicing_predictions.tsv.gz - SpliceAI and AlphaGenome predictions for all credible set variants. UKBB_EUR_annotated_high_PIP_variants.tsv.gz - filtered list of PIP > 0.8 variants and credible sets to which they belong, annotated with missense and splicing predictions.
