资源简介:
<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US">This
dataset contains experimental results concerning the antioxidant activity of </span>α<span lang="EN-US">-tocopherol (TOC) and its
derivatives: D-</span>α<span lang="EN-US">-tocopheryl
polyethylene glycol succinate (TPGS), </span>α<span lang="EN-US">-tocopheryl phosphate (TP), and </span>α<span lang="EN-US">-tocopheryl succinate (TS). The
study evaluated their radical-scavenging capacity in standard <strong><span style="font-family:'calibri' , sans-serif">in vitro antioxidant assays</span></strong>,
including <strong><span style="font-family:'calibri' , sans-serif">DPPH</span></strong> and <strong><span style="font-family:'calibri' , sans-serif">ABTS</span></strong> tests. In addition, the
data describe their protective antioxidant role when incorporated as functional
components of <strong><span style="font-family:'calibri' , sans-serif">lipid nanocarriers</span></strong>, with
particular emphasis on their ability to limit oxidative damage to the lipid
membrane under <strong><span style="font-family:'calibri' , sans-serif">AAPH-induced oxidation</span></strong>
conditions. The dataset includes results related to both the direct antioxidant
potential of the tested compounds and their membrane-protective effect in
nanoscale lipid delivery systems.</span></p>
