How do trees fail in competition? A test for the roles of non-structural carbohydrates and stoichiometries in <i>Pinus massoniana</i>

The data contain the carbon (C), nitrogen(N), phosphorus(P), and non-structural carbohydrates (NSC, including soluble sugar(SS) and starch) in different organs of Pinus massoniana. In addition, the biomass of leaf, branch, and stem was also presented.
