Stable isotope data for perch populations in German gravel pit lakes

These data were collected as part of the Baggersee project: https://www.igb-berlin.de/en/project/baggersee
Samples for stable isotope analysis were collected from 14 gravel pit lakes in Lower Saxony, Germany. Lakes' samples include fish (perch and cyprinids), zooplankton, benthic macroinvertebrates, and primary producers.
Analysis was completed by the Cornell Isotope Laboratory using a Thermo Delta V isotope ratio mass spectrometer interfaced to a NC2500 elemental analyzer.
all_isotope_data.csv: d15N and d13C values for all samples collected from 14 gravel pit lakes. TL indicates total length (mm) of perch individuals.
lakevar.2.csv: Lake data describing productivity, morphology, littoral structure.
