Timecourse Sphaerulina musiva-inoculated poplar TxD hybrid transcriptome data. Populus

These data are raw transcriptome sequencing reads used for an RNAseq experiment involving the inoculation of 4 different genotypes (383, 424, 526, 852) of P. trichocarpa x P. deltoides hybrid poplar with isolate WV-4 of Sphaerulina musiva. The intention of this project was to obtain evidence for defense-related responses to infection during the development of stem canker symptoms post-inoculation within a time frame of 0-72 hours. Control (mock-inoculated) plant transcriptome data are also included.
