EMG recorded from right FDI and TA during single-pulse TMS to hand and leg hotspots in the left primary motor cortex

The data were gathered during a pilot study (n=2) with a single-pulse TMS delivered either to a hand or a leg hotspot in M1. The data contains raw EMG recorded from the right First Dorsal Interosseous (FDI) and the right Tibialis Anterior (TA). The files also contain recordings from the left TA which were used during search for the right leg hotspot.Files with extension:.vhdr contain metadata,.vmrk — triggers,.eeg — EMG data.The EMG were recorded during the baseline blocks before and after completion of the semantic decision task. The data were used to confirm the feasibility of TMS delivery and evaluate EMG signal quality.
