Dataset on LC-MS analysis of Selaginella bryopteris from various geolocations in India

This data set gives a detailed analysis of the methanolic extract of Selaginella bryopteris from three different geolocations of India, Karnataka (UK-M), Maharashtra (UM-M) and Tamil Nadu (UT-M). The samples were analysed in both the positive and negative phases of ionization, reported as NEG (negative phase of ionization) and POS (positive phase of ionization).本数据集对采自印度三个不同地理区域的卷柏（Selaginella bryopteris）甲醇提取物进行了详细分析，三个区域分别为卡纳塔克邦（UK-M）、马哈拉施特拉邦（UM-M）与泰米尔纳德邦（UT-M）。所有样品均在正、负离子电离模式下完成分析，其中负离子模式记作NEG（negative phase of ionization），正离子模式记作POS（positive phase of ionization）。
