Reference draft genome of Heliopora coerulea

To examine phylogenetic relationships within the genus <i>Heliopora</i>, we applied Multiplexed ISSR Genotyping by sequencing (MIG-seq) method for &gt;1,000 colonies across the Indo-West Pacific. For discriminating <i>Heliopora</i> genome sequences from symbiont or other genomic DNA, MiSeq [v3–600] was used to sequence 16 G bp of <i>Heliopora</i> genomic DNA extracted from symbiont-free larvae of <i>Heliopora coerulea</i> collected in Japan, which was used in the study Richards et al.
