We used single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to analyze and characterize cytotoxic CD4 T cells in the normal human skin Overall design: Using enzymatic dissociation, cell suspension was isolated from normal human skin. Then cells were FACS sorted to get CD45+ propidium iodide- cells and analyzed using scRNA seq.
