The geometries and boundary conditions of the four representative cases belonging to the following publication: Obermeier L, Vellguth K, Schlief A, Tautz L, Bruening J, Knosalla C, Kuehne T, Solowjowa N and Goubergrits L (2022) CT-Based Simulation of Left Ventricular Hemodynamics: A Pilot Study in Mitral Regurgitation and Left Ventricle Aneurysm Patients. Front. Cardiovasc. Med. 9:828556. doi: 10.3389/fcvm.2022.828556<br>The dataset contains the geometries (as STL) of: the left ventricle (upper and lower parts), left atrium, aorta and both valve planes (inner and outer parts) as well as the boundary conditions (as CSV) of: the ventricular motion (GridDisplacement), the volume curve and flux, pressure at the atrial inlet, pressure / mass flow at the aortic outlet and resistance tables at the valves. <br><br>Data for all four investigated cases (M3A1, M3A0, M0A1 and M0A0) are included. <br><br>For further questions contact lukas.obermeier@charite.de<br>
