Influence of infection with Ascaridia galli on the chicken intestinal microbiome

Male layer type chickens were infected with Ascaridia galli eggs. The birds cleared the infection by week seven after the infection. The jejunal microbiota of infected and control birds were tested weekly from one week after the infection to eight weeks after the infection.
