Classical HLA class I and class II associations with ALS in Kuwait

This project investigates whether classical HLA class I and class II variation contributes to amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) susceptibility in a Kuwaiti cohort. The dataset contains high-resolution HLA typing data derived from next-generation sequencing of 38 unrelated ALS patients from Kuwait.
