This study explores paraprofessional students' perceptions of e-mentoring relationships in undergraduate education. Focusing on a diverse group of students at state-wide university, the research employs a descriptive cross-sectional survey method, integrating both quantitative and qualitative analyses. Participant demographics indicate a varied academic background among the respondents. Quantitative analysis of Likert-scale questions reveals generally positive perceptions of e-mentoring, with tendencies towards agreement on mentoring effectiveness. Significant differences in median scores, identified through Friedman and Wilcoxon signed-rank tests, suggest variability in perceptions across different mentoring aspects. Thematic analysis of open-ended questions uncovers key themes such as educational guidance, emotional support, and the need for enhanced communication and personalized mentoring approaches. The study's findings highlight the importance of e-mentoring in supporting the professional development of paraprofessionals, emphasizing the need for more targeted mentoring strategies.
