Determinants of Late Sero-conversion time among HIV exposed infants aged 6weeks-24 months in Homabay County, Kenya: a 7-year retrospective analysis.

Institution based retrospective follow up data collected at nine health facilities in Homabay County after ethical approval of research. The maternal child health registers and electronic database (Open Medical Record System and Electronic Medical Records) were used to identify mother baby pair for data abstraction. Data abstraction was done using a tool developed by adopting the Kenya Ministry of Health national HIV exposed infant follow-up card. this data set have maternal and infant medical characteristics, analysed as determinants of seroconversion time, obtained from secondary sources( ANC, PMTCT and comprehnsive care clinics
