Journal Recommendations Ranking and Evaluation

contains the ranking and the evaluation for two weighting formulas W4 and W5 (see Weighting Formulas.xls) - Ranking.xls -> Absolut value and numerical score for each ingredient of the ranking algorithm - Evaluation_Ranking.xls -> Contains average precision for each stakeholder - Ranking_Evaluation_AVP -> Contains the average precision grouped by each stake holder (the same data is also includedn in Evaluation_Ranking, yet for easier access it was also put in this file.
