Films of Bacteria at Interfaces - biological consequences of their presence to mechanical properties

This is data from a study on how bacteria features affect their interaction with oil-water interfaces, particularly, the biological reaction of bacteria to stress at fluid interfaces through transcriptional profiling and mechanical assays. This dataset includes videos of particles in the interface between aqueous bacteria suspensions and hexadecane as well as compression of bacteria covered pendant drops.
