Replication Data for: Research Data Repository (RDR) Consortia AHP Pairwise Comparison Dataset (10 Experts, Three Stages)

This dataset contains de-identified pairwise comparison scores from an Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) evaluation related to the development and management of Research Data Repository (RDR) consortia. The survey covers three lifecycle stages—Planning, Implementation, and Sustainability—and captures expert judgments of relative importance among key factors within each stage. The dataset is intended to support transparency, reproducibility, and secondary analysis by other researchers and reviewers.
