Population information for five European conifer species (H2020 GenTree SPET v5.2.2.1)

This dataset provides population-level information per species after filtering for the H2020 GenTree SPET data (v5.2.2.1). The Excel file includes one worksheet for each of the five species (Abies alba, Pinus cembra, Pinus halepensis, Pinus nigra and Taxus baccata). Each sheet contains Site ID (population), number of individuals retained after filtering, target species, country of origin, sampling team, and geographic coordinates (latitude and longitude in °N/°E). These harmonised metadata document the sampling design and support the analyses of the associated study.
