In 2023, Lombardy was the region with the largest stock of office spaces in Italy, accounting for 21.2 percent of the total. Far behind followed Veneto (10.7 percent) and Emilia-Romagna (10.3 percent). Moreover, the region with the lowest number of office spaces in Italy was Aosta Valley: the region at the border with Switzerland and France accounted for just 0.3 percent of the total.
