These files contain all data necessary to create the figures published in the study "Temperature drives colimitation of light and nutrients in phytoplankton" The uploaded ZIP file <em>temperature drives colimitation.zip c</em>ontains all R codes and tables needed for the data analyses used in this study All data needed for the R-scripts are available in the folder '<em>RTables'</em> A<em> READMe</em> file that descripe all data files is avalable in the ZIP file R-scripts "a_growth rate_package" and "b_growth rate manually.R": We determined the maximum linear growth rate using the optical density measurements (needed table is "Opticaldensity.txt") R-script: "c_gamlss_growthrates.R": We used a GAMLSS to search for a model that best described the observed growth rates and used a null model that predicts additive effect on growth (needed table is "growthrates_ODratiobased.txt") - generates data for Figure 1 and Figure 2, and Table 2 R-script "d_gamlss_LRR.R"<em>: </em>We calculated the LRR between observed growth rates and growth rates predicted by the null model to classify co-limitation responses in sub-additive (LRR<0) and super-additive (LRR>0) (needed table is "gamlss_fig3") - generates data for Figure 3 and Table 3 R-script "e_data_vizualisation.R" : Contains all R codes to generate all figures
