Water column and sediment porewater nutrient concentrations from lagoon, river, and ocean sites along the Alaska Beaufort Sea coast, 2018-ongoing

Several water types (lagoon, river, ocean) and surface sediment porewater samples from the coastal Beaufort Sea system were sampled seasonally to investigate temporal and spatial shifts in nutrient dynamics. Surface and bottom water samples were collected in April, June, July, and August and analyzed for ammonium, nitrate + nitrite, orthophosphate, and silica.为探究波弗特海（Beaufort Sea）沿岸系统内营养盐动态的时空演变规律，研究人员对该区域的多种水体类型（泻湖、河流、海洋）及表层沉积物孔隙水样品开展了季节性采样。本次研究于4月、6月、7月和8月采集表层及底层水体样品，并对样品中的铵态氮（ammonium）、硝态氮与亚硝态氮（nitrate + nitrite）、正磷酸盐（orthophosphate）以及硅（silica）进行了分析测试。
