In this study we apply Illumina high-throughput sequencing to explore the microbial communities and functions of pig slurry metagenome based on 16s rRNA sequences. We have collected 42 samples from storage pit of pig sludge as three samples from each week till 14th week. We used QIIME 2 protocol for all downstream metagenomic analysis.
