Glycogen synthase kinase-3 is essential for Treg development and homeostasis

Study of the effects of inducible deletion of Gsk3a and Gsk3b in Tregs. Overall design: Foxp3-ERT2-cre-eGFP x Gsk3a/b x tdTomato-Ai9 and Foxp3-ERT2-cre-eGFP x tdTomato-Ai9 mice were treated with tamoxifen, and 14 days later tdTomato+ cells were sorted (n=4 mice per condition), labelled with HTO antibodies, and combined into 2 pools (of 2 WT and 2 KO mice each) for 10x single cell RNA sequencing.
