Experimental data on the role of job candidates' physical attractiveness, ethnicity, and gender in hiring

Data from a conjoint experiment testing the individual and joint (interaction) effects of attributes such as physical attractiveness, ethnic origin, and gender (among other variables/treatments) on hiring decisions —specifically, the likelihood of calling a potential candidate for a first interview. The sample consists of 356 HR professionals in Spain.
