资源简介:
One isolate was obtained in 2004 from a patient with imported P. vivax malaria diagnosed in the United States after travel to India (Rodrigues et al., 2014). DNA was isolated from 200 uL of unprocessed whole blood. Strand displacement amplification technology was used to enrich the sample for target parasite DNA prior to sequencing. Thirty-five isolates were derived from patients with microscopy-confirmed single-species P. vivax infection presenting between 2018 and 2019 in malaria clinics in the town of Mancio Lima (Rodrigues et al., 2024) and the periurban settlement of Vila Assis Brasil (Fontoura et al., 2024), approximately 15 km apart, in the Jurua Valley region of Acre State. DNA was isolated from 50 mL of venous blood collected that had previously been leukocyte-depleted. No genome amplification step prior to sequencing was applied to these samples.
