资源简介:

This dataset contains estimates of runoff (mm/day and L/day), dissolved organic carbon (DOC) load (g/day), and DOC concentration (mg/L) for the outlets of various basins in the Canning River watershed in northeastern Alaska, generated from simulations using the Permafrost Water Balance Model (PWBM v4). For each basin gridID, the PWBM simulation was run at an implicit daily time step over the 2000–2023 period. Details on the PWBM v4 can be found in Rawlins et al. (2026). PWBM v4 source code and associated files can be found in Beaufort Lagoon Ecosystems LTER and M. Rawlins (2026). A manuscript using the Canning River watershed PWBM simulations has been submitted for publication in Water Resources Research. The Canning River watershed PWBM output text files are organized by basin gridID in the package’s data.zip folder. For example, the basin gridID for the file "output_4vars_D2_basin4index_136454.txt" is 136454. Basin gridID information (e.g., gridID, latitude, longitude) can be found in the "Northern and Western Alaska simulation domain grid cells" data entry of Beaufort Lagoon Ecosystems LTER and M. Rawlins (2026). The data columns of each ouput file are sequentially organized as follows: "Year" — Year of the simulation (YYYY) "Month" — Month of the simulation (MM) "Day" — Day of the simulation (DD) "Runoff (mm)" — Simulated total runoff at the basin’s outlet (gridID) in millimeters per day. "Runoff (L)" — Simulated total runoff at the basin’s outlet (gridID) in liters per day. "DOC Load (g)" — Simulated total dissolved organic carbon (DOC) load at the basin’s outlet (gridID) in grams per day. "DOC Concentration (mg/L)" — Simulated dissolved organic carbon (DOC) concentration at the basin’s outlet (gridID) in milligrams per liter. References Rawlins, M. A., Connolly, C.
