Decoding shared cardiovascular genetic architecture reveals therapeutic targets across seven disease dimensions
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains genome-wide association study (GWAS) summary statistics for seven genetically correlated cardiovascular dimensions identified through multivariate genomic structural equation modeling (GenomicSEM) of 28 cardiovascular diseases and quantitative traits. The seven dimensions comprise blood pressure (BP), cardiac conduction (COND), vascular (VASC), cardiac (CARD), venous thromboembolism (VTEF), aortic (AORT), and coronary (COR). The files contain genome-wide SNP association results harmonized to the GRCh38 human reference genome. Variants exhibiting significant SNP-level heterogeneity (Q_SNP P < 5 × 10⁻⁸) were excluded. Each compressed TSV file includes six columns: chromosome, base_pair_location, effect_allele, other_allele, beta, and p_value. These files represent the quality-controlled GWAS summary statistics prepared as inputs for FUMA SNP2GENE analysis, rather than FUMA-derived genomic risk loci or gene annotations. They are provided to support the exploration and independent interpretation of the genetic architecture underlying shared cardiovascular disease susceptibility.
