The RT-QMAL result of P. vivax from in vitro cultures. The RT-QMAL was performed from 50 Âľl packed cells of parasite cultures. The standard curve was generated from assay-specific control plasmid at concentration of 102-106 copies/reaction. The total RNA of P. falciparum was used as a positive control. Three out of thirty isolates were positive for RT-QMAL, VKTS38, VKP7, and VKBT139
