Derived data for: Urban functional regimes from presence and dwell time in mobile network data and their alignment with planned centers in Seoul

This record contains the derived data needed to reproduce the tables and figures of the manuscript "Urban functional regimes from presence and dwell time in mobile network data and their alignment with planned centers in Seoul" without refitting the models. The package includes the decoded regime assignments of the 6,357 active 250 m grid cells of Seoul under the DWELL-AWARE and PRESENCE-ONLY conditions, the fitted HMM, sticky HMM and HSMM models with their summary files, station and stop to grid-cell mappings, monthly subway and bus ridership by station and stop, and the spatial layers used for validation (250 m grid, Seoul Living-Zone Plan living zones and centers, and the 121 major hotspots). Large intermediate files (hourly living-population and stay-population records and model input matrices, about 20 GB) are not included; they can be regenerated from the raw data with the code in the GitHub repository. Source data: Seoul Metropolitan Government, Seoul Open Data Plaza (https://data.seoul.go.kr), datasets OA-22784, OA-22892, OA-12252 and OA-12913, the Seoul Living-Zone Plan spatial layers, and the list and boundaries of the 121 major places. The source data are licensed under the Korea Open Government License Type 1 (Attribution). The spatial layers are redistributed unchanged with attribution. Derived data in this record are licensed under CC BY 4.0. File descriptions and column definitions are given in README_data.md. The data are split into six zip files (one core file and five files of monthly bus ridership); extracting all six into the same folder recreates the full dfr_derived_data/ directory. SHA256SUMS.txt lists the checksum of each zip file.
