Natural Earth 10m land polygons

Shapefiles of land polygons from Natural Earth, including major islands. Derived from a 10-meter resolution coastline. Continental polygons broken into smaller, contiguous pieces to avoid having too many points in any one polygon, facilitating faster data processing in certain software applications. Suggested shoreline dataset for the VISIR-2 ship weather routing model (v6 and later). The source code of the model can be found in this zenodo repository.
