Mesozooplankton for experiments was sampled with a 300 µm Bongo net towed vertically over a depth range between depth top and depth bottom at 0.3 m/sec本实验所用的中型浮游动物（Mesozooplankton）采用孔径300微米的邦戈网（Bongo net）采集，采样时以0.3米/秒的速度在顶深与底深之间的深度区间内垂直拖曳网具。
