Goal of this study is to identify the downstream targets of Stwl. We performed RNA-Seq to find molecular consequences of Stwl loss in drosophila gonads. We also performed parallel RNA-Seq and ChIP-Seq (against Stwl) in S2 cells to identify Stwl binding targets.
