This project contains NGS data obtained by metagenomic sequencing, looking into microbial populations in denitrification bioreactors fed with methanol. We enriched a methylotrophic nitrous oxide-reducing bacteria (N2ORB) consortium in conditions of intermittent oxygen supply. We conducted metagenomic analysis to uncover the phylogenies and functions of this enriched microbial community.
