This dataset contains the raw experimental data generated in support both the article “Optimization of microwave assisted extraction of bioactive compounds in oregano and lovage ethanolic extracts” (DOI 10.1016/j.lwt.2024.116973) and the conference poster “Optimization of microwave assisted extraction of bioactive compounds in oregano and lovage ethanolic extracts” (DOI:10.5281/zenodo.18213514), as it contains the raw experimental measurements used in both outputs.The files include raw values of total phenolic content (TPC), antioxidant activity (AA), and antibacterial activity for each experimental run under the varied extraction conditions tested (ethanol concentration, microwave power, extraction time and extraction repetitions).
