PMMRD: Pakistan Multimodal Mineral Resources Database (Public Release, 2026-04-17)

PMMRD is a georeferenced mineral-occurrence database for Pakistan. This public release contains 1494 harmonized records representing 524 unique sites and 300 distinct major minerals. The release includes the master table in CSV and XLSX formats, geospatial files in GeoJSON and Shapefile formats, metadata, field definitions, standardization rules, and release documentation. Each record corresponds to one unique mineral occurrence defined by the combination of Latitude, Longitude, and Major Mineral. The dataset was compiled from heterogeneous mineral-resource sources and standardized for public reuse in geoscience, GIS, mineral-resource studies, and data-driven applications.
