We collected about 30 specimens of gastric cancer patients in the early stage. Through immunohistochemistry experiments, we found that the expression of MSI1 in gastric cancer was significantly higher than that of its adjacent tissues. Therefore, we took samples that were inhibited by MSI1. Samples, as well as samples for comfort treatment, three groups of samples, were subjected to transcriptome sequencing analysis to find out abnormally expressed molecules, analyze the downstream molecular mechanisms caused by them, and guide subsequent research.
